On a normal day you will:
- Plan the QA and QC activities
- Follow up and find solutions for any quality issues
- Manage and develop your team
- Apply Six Sigma principles to the QA and QC functions
- Department team building and daily management
You will have extensive QC/QA experience in apparel manufacturing and should already be in a supervisor role. You will be familiar with the whole garment manufacturing process and have a good understanding of the characteristics of fabrics and accessories, as well as a knowledge of pattern making, printing, embroidery and washing.
