This very successful foreign-owned apparel manufacturer has its own factories making active and swimwear.
On a normal day, you will:
- Manage and help develop a strong technical team
- Provide technical support for production and sales
- Resolve any technical problems during sample development and production
- Research and lead innovation in pattern and sewing technology innovation to improve sample production efficiency, reduce consumption, and meet quality requirements
- Establish standard operating procedures and technical standards, and promote technical upgrades
You will have experience in managing a pattern or sample production room, or a sample technology department and have:
- Strong sample production planning ability
- Pattern making and sample making skills, ideally in fitness, swimwear or sports categories
- Experience in lean production management
- Good English communication skills
