As the Total Rewards & Performance Manager, you will be a key member of the HR Center of Excellence team with the mission to reward, retain and build a highly competent workforce.

The company is a leading global manufacturer of outdoor/athletic clothing, textiles and footwear. With a belief that their employees are their greatest assets, the company is strengthening the employee rewards programs and increasing the number of dedicated HR Business Partners in each business unit.
You will work closely with multiple country business unit leaders and HR peers to improve and enhance the employee compensation and benefits programs and experience. Assisting the HR Director, you will work on C&B projects and manage the annual performance and compensation cycle in the countries of operation.
As a qualified and experienced HR professional in a manufacturing environment, you will have substantial experience in developing and implementing total rewards programs on a global scale along with hands-on experience on salary benchmarking methodologies and analytical and quantitative analysis.
