Avodah is growing in Phnom Penh and seeking a hands-on Senior Production Supervisor to lead a small, multi-functional team across sewing, cutting, warehousing and QC. You’ll plan, coach and deliver to quality and on-time targets while helping build an empowering, skills-first culture. This role is an ideal opportunity for a strong supervisor ready to move into a Production Manager position.
Avodah Manufacturing operates ethical, sustainable sewing centres and creates dignified employment, especially for women, through training and small-factory models. The Phnom Penh facility has recently expanded into a new factory unit supported by increasing orders and innovative projects.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day production across sewing, cutting/bundling, QC, packing/warehousing and shipments; ensure output, efficiency and product quality targets are met.
- Own production planning/scheduling and maintain accurate specs and documentation.
- Maintain production data in Avodah’s digital system.
- Coach, empower and upskill the team.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and simple, scalable training projects.
What you’ll bring
- Proven garment production supervision in a commercial factory; experience across multiple lines, workflow optimisation and quality systems.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction on both stretch and woven products.
- People leadership with empathy—able to coach, set standards and develop successors.
- Fluent Khmer with good English for daily reporting/collaboration.
- High attention to detail, prioritisation and documentation discipline.
