We’re looking for a 3D CAD Engineer with Solidworks experience to join the R&D team in Bahrain, working on state-of-the-art racing helmets designed for the world’s top amateur and professional drivers. From Formula 1 to Dirt Track, your work will directly impact the safety and performance of racing enthusiasts worldwide.

Your Role:

  • Design and develop detailed 2D plans and 3D models using Solidworks.
  • Create precise technical drawings to meet performance, safety, cost, and quality targets.
  • Simulate and test new designs in virtual environments.
  • Build prototypes using 3D printers or CNC machines and refine designs post-inspection.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address technical mould-related issues.
  • Contribute to factory improvements and develop innovative systems, techniques, and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in engineering.
  • Proven experience in surface design with Solidworks, 3D printing, injection moulding, thermoforming, or CNC.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD systems, spatial imagination, and methodical problem-solving.
  • Decision-making abilities with a keen eye for detail.
