Factory/Operations Manager, Handbags

The Opportunity: The Company, a global leader in manufacturing, is actively seeking a seasoned Factory/Operations Manager to join the Handbag Division based in Bangladesh. This key leadership role will be crucial in driving operational excellence and growth and overseeing the production processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
   • Lead and optimize the overall operations of the handbag manufacturing facility.
   • Ensure the efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all production processes.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
3. Brand Collaboration:
   • Leverage previous experience working with major luxury brands to align production with brand standards.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with brand requirements.
4. Process Optimization and Growth:
   • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.
