Your Role:
As the Group Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead warehouse, inventory, and stock management across multiple locations. Reporting to the Director, you’ll ensure smooth logistics operations, optimize storage and distribution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.
- Develop and implement strategic inventory management and distribution plans.
- Lead and mentor warehouse teams to boost productivity and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business needs.
- Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- 8+ years’ experience in warehouse management within textiles, apparel, or garment manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, overseeing multiple locations.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
