What You Bring:
- A proven track record of leading design teams and turning market trends into best-selling products.
- Deep expertise in fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Mastery in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D CAD tools (CLO3D).
- A solid background in patternmaking (2D and 3D) with an eye for detail and construction.
- Bachelor’s in Fashion Design (Master’s is a bonus!) and at least five years of industry experience in active, performance, or lifestyle categories.
