What You’ll Do:
- Develop Strategy – Create and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness, market share, and profitability.

What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the footwear industry.
- In-depth knowledge of footwear construction, particularly safety shoes and boots.
- Exceptional communication & listening skills – articulate, persuasive, and professional.
- Strong presentation skills – able to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building.
- Leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in international markets is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
