What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Strategy – Create and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness, market share, and profitability.
  • Engage Customers – Build and maintain strong customer relationships with professional, clear, and confident communication.
  • Lead & Inspire – Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Know the Market – Stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitors to drive strategic decisions.
  • Enhance Product Positioning – Use your footwear industry expertise to craft compelling product stories and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Work Across Teams – Partner with product development and production to bring innovative products to market.
  • Manage Budgets – Oversee the marketing budget to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Report & Analyze – Provide leadership insights on marketing performance and industry developments.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the footwear industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of footwear construction, particularly safety shoes and boots.
  • Exceptional communication & listening skills – articulate, persuasive, and professional.
  • Strong presentation skills – able to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and brand building.
  • Leadership ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
