HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner is a key trusted strategic partner and advisor to the plant functional leaders on talent, performance and culture issues.  You will anticipate business challenges, proactively identify HR needs and assist the leaders to achieve sustainable organisational growth.

The company is a leading global manufacturer of outdoor/athletic clothing, textiles and footwear.  With a belief that their employees are their greatest assets, the company is increasing the number of dedicated HR Business Partners in each business unit, beginning with their plants in Chittagong.

As a member of the local leadership team, you will support the regional HR team rollout HR programs at the plant from concept to launch, communicate and train the local employees and manage the projects.

An experienced HR Business Partner who has worked in a manufacturing environment for some time, you will be a highly motivated advocator of building people capability, positive culture and behaviours for change. You should not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves to help leaders engage and manage people performance, develop talents.
