Senior Helmet Decals Developer

We seek a Senior Helmet Decals Developer to join a global leader in high-performance motorsports safety gear.  You will support the helmet division in delivering accurate, production-ready decal graphics for the world’s top racing teams and drivers.

This is not a fashion or creative concept role — it’s a technically demanding position requiring exact alignment, production compatibility, and fast execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-precision helmet decal designs aligned with manufacturing constraints and safety standards.

• Translate sponsor branding and team identity into technically feasible decal layouts.

• Prepare production-ready files for print and application, including CMYK and screen printing colour separations.

• Collaborate with R&D, helmet engineers, and external partners to ensure graphic integration with complex shell forms and ventilation designs.

• Manage project timelines to meet tight motorsport season deadlines.

• Maintain a detailed library of templates and fit guides for all helmet models.

• Provide input on decal materials, surface finishes, and new application methods.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing decals for helmets, vehicles, or performance gear

• Strong understanding of applying graphics to 3d helmet surfaces

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with vector template expertise

• Hands-on experience with plotters, digital wraps, or screen printing

• Background in motorsports, motorcycle gear, or automotive design strongly preferred

• High attention to detail; capable of fast, accurate work under pressure

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
