The Role Based in Nam Dinh, Vietnam, the programmer will develop and optimise WholeGarment programs, translate design concepts into seamless production-ready garments, and work closely with local and global teams. This is a technical leadership role that blends precision programming with real-time production support.
What You’ll Do
- Program Shima Seiki WholeGarment machines using SDS-ONE APEX systems
- Collaborate with product teams to bring knitwear designs to life
- Optimise settings for efficiency, quality, and speed
- Troubleshoot, improve, and maintain program files
- Support operator training and sample runs
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience with Shima Seiki WholeGarment® programming
- Proficiency in SDS-ONE APEX (or similar)
- In-depth knowledge of seamless knitting, yarn properties, and knitwear construction
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to live and work in Vietnam
