About the Role
Your role will be to oversee the Indonesian technical hub and establish and supervise standard operating procedures for the team there.
- Provide technical support to the Pre-production and production teams in Indonesia and Australia
- Work closely with Indonesian suppliers & manufactures to source or develop new products
- Ensure delivery schedules are maintained and quality of products meet customer requirements
- Travel to manufacturers within Indonesia
Skills and Experience
- Extensive management experience in a similar role with a garment manufacturer (workwear would be ideal)
- English & Indonesian verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of production planning/scheduling
- Attention to detail
- Analytical approach to tasks
