What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of merchandisers
- Oversee product quality from concept to production
- Act as the key technical liaison between design, sourcing, and factories
- Lead fabric and trim negotiations with suppliers and mills
- Drive fit sessions to ensure intent, construction, and margin align
- Evaluate fabric mills for innovation, performance, and sustainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production challenges
- Ensure BOM accuracy, cost targets, and quality compliance are met
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Apparel Technology, Textile Science, Fashion Merchandising, or similar
- 8–10+ years of experience in apparel development, technical design or merchandising
- Deep knowledge of circular knits/cut-and-sew, garment construction, and fit
- Proven leadership in managing merchandisers or technical teams
- Strong costing and supplier negotiation skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Collaborative, commercial, and hands-on in fast-paced settings
