Director of Supporting Functions, Vietnam

I am looking for a Director to support the manufacturing operations of a major international textile manufacturing company. Your role will be to plan, direct and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of all supporting functions, including human resources, administration, security, compliance, HSE, IT, logistics & warehouse, guest house and workers’ dormitory management.

To be successful in this role you will be a University graduate with extensive work experience in Administration, Corporate Responsibility, Compliance, Human Resources and Health and Safety, preferably in a sizeable labour-intensive manufacturing industry (garment or textile industry experience is a plus!). You will also need an excellent command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
