Bridgeworks Consulting is supporting the search for a Factory Manager – Woven Fabric Dyeing & Finishing to lead a large-scale synthetic fabric wet-processing operation in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
This role sits at the heart of a vertically integrated textile platform that supplies performance fabrics to global outdoor and sportswear brands. The factory processes high-performance woven fabrics primarily made from Polyester and Nylon, including constructions such as Taffeta, Ripstop, and Oxford.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for dyeing, finishing, quality performance, and operational efficiency, working closely with weaving, garment, and fabric development teams to deliver consistent quality and reliable delivery.
The position requires a technically strong textile leader capable of managing complex dyeing and finishing operations while driving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and environmental performance.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead a large dyeing and finishing organisation, overseeing dyeing processes for synthetic woven fabrics, including Polyester and Nylon filament constructions, to achieve world-class production efficiency and consistent delivery performance.
- Ensure consistent dyeing performance through effective control of High-temperature dyeing systems, dye recipe formulation and colour management, and process parameters affecting shade consistency and yield
- Maintain production stability while meeting demanding brand quality standards.
- Manage Finishing Processes Lead finishing operations to ensure fabrics meet technical and performance specifications.
- Improve operational performance across dyeing and finishing operations through structured process optimisation.
- Ensure woven fabrics meet the technical and aesthetic requirements of international apparel brands.
- Establish systems that support A-grade production yield for technical synthetic fabrics.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on operational discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with woven fabric weaving operations, fabric R&D teams, garment manufacturing units, and global brand technical teams.
- Support the development and scale-up of new performance fabrics.
Critical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
- 15+ years of textile manufacturing experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of leading dyeing and finishing operations
- Strong background in synthetic woven fabrics (Polyester and Nylon
- Experience in large export-oriented textile manufacturing environments
- Experience with technical performance fabrics used in outdoor or sportswear applications is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead large production teams in complex manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English and Bangla preferred.
