In this role, you will oversee daily cash and bank operations, manage accounting system entries, process invoices, handle payment proposals, reconcile financial data, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash and bank operations, including receipts, payments, and cashier duties.
- Ensure accurate and timely input of financial data into the accounting system.
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Generate payment proposals for review and approval and handle electronic payments to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Regularly reconcile payment and collection information with the e-banking system.
- Handle VAT input verification in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and manage accounting vouchers, ensuring proper filing and organization.
Qualifications Required:
- An accounting certificate or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a foreign-owned enterprise.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
