As an Operations Associate, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process Purchase Orders from our key customers.
- Verify Order Information with internal departments.
- Provide Orders to Suppliers and manage packaging details.
- Coordinate shipment of Orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Deliver operational updates through comprehensive weekly reports.
Qualifications/Experience:
- College/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years’ experience in footwear or related manufacturing/trading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
