As Head of Materials Marketing, you will:

  • Strategize and Execute: Develop a go-to-market strategy based on market trends and SWOT analysis, ensuring annual business targets and profit margins are achieved.
  • Drive Growth: Expand our customer base for fabrics, padding, and knit items through innovative marketing approaches and direct buyer engagement.
  • Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain harmony across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time order execution and exceptional after-sales service.
  • Promote Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in sportswear materials, promoting new developments to meet market demands.
  • Set Budgets and Forecasts: Prepare aggressive budgets and long-term strategic plans, aligning them with company goals and market insights.
  • Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire a small, results-driven team while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing within the textile or materials sectors, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Leadership: Exceptional skills in leading teams and collaborating across diverse groups.
  • Market Acumen: Strong understanding of fabrics, padding, and knit materials, with a focus on both local and international markets.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in SWOT analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Adept at building lasting relationships with buyers and brands while ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Innovative Thinking: Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
