As the Head of Planning for the Materials Division, you will lead production planning across weaving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing operations. This role drives production efficiency, quality assurance, and innovation while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, sales, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Planning: Oversee production planning for weaving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials such as yarn, greige, dyestuff, and chemicals; ensure quality standards for finished fabrics and colors.
- Development & Troubleshooting: Spearhead R&D initiatives and resolve production challenges.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the liaison between sales teams in Korea, garment manufacturing units, and global brands.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with third-party audit teams for Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certifications.
- Monitoring: Supervise lab dips, production tests, inspections, and export-import processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven expertise in production planning, especially in textiles and materials.
- Strong background in quality control and compliance with international standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and with clients globally.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovation.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards (e.g., GRS) is highly desirable.
