Position Overview:
As the Master Print Technician and Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of the printing processes and maintaining the highest quality standards across their manufacturing facilities. This position requires deep expertise in screen printing, knowledge of various print methods, and a commitment to innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the most suitable print methods and understand buyer test requirements for graphics and fabrics.
- Operate and train others on automatic screen printing.
- Develop ink recipes based on buyer requirements, graphics, and fabric.
- Work with the development center to explore and implement new techniques and train operators and technicians in the latest advancements and methodologies.
- Develop capability and buyer development books for continuous improvement.
- Support the printing factories across Bangladesh, ensuring print quality and process consistency.
- Apply your knowledge of digital hybrid printing technologies
- Develop the team’s color separation skills using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for technicians and operators.
- Troubleshoot problems during bulk production and develop real-time solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate, you will have built your career in printing, with versatility in all steps of the process:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with screen printing and quality control expertise.
- Proficient in all screen-printing ink systems, focusing on water-based and silicon.
- A deep operational knowledge of screen-printing machines, specifically ROQ, M&R, and MHM.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire screen-making process, including stretching, coating, laser CTS, wax CTS, developing, and more.
- Passion for Innovation: Demonstrate a passion for learning and pushing the envelope with new techniques and development.
