The Role:

This is a high-impact role for a sales leader who thrives on building markets and driving growth. Tasked with managing key accounts, leading a team, and expanding business in Merino wool knitted textiles and garments, the Sales & Marketing Manager will be critical in hitting a 20% growth target within two years. Working closely with the Executive Team, this role requires sharp market instincts, a strong customer focus, and the ability to close deals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire – Manage the sales & marketing team, driving high performance and collaboration.
  • Own the Market – Strengthen relationships with existing clients while hunting down new business opportunities in Merino wool knitted textiles & finished garments.
  • Set the Strategy – Develop and execute sales plans, marketing strategies, and pricing models to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay Sharp – Keep a pulse on market trends, customer demands, and competitor moves to fine-tune strategies.
  • Go Global – Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Be Agile – Travel internationally to the head office and customer locations, making things happen on the ground.
