Your responsibilities will be to:
- Drive innovation and automation to simplify operations and reduce waste
- Champion Lean manufacturing from cutting through to packing
- Coordinate and implement Standard Operating Procedures throughout the manufacturing process
- Maintain accurate work measurement by setting targets for each department’s performance, benchmarking with industry best practice
- Provide optimal SMVs based on GSD standards to relevant departments
- Mentor and motivate the team
To be successful, you will need a background in Industrial Engineering within an apparel manufacturing environment. You will also be bi-lingual in Mandarin and English and an expert in GSD/Time Study, method improvement and change management.
