Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent, high-quality fabric output
- Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Train and mentor knitting team members
- Analyse fabrics, set designs, and configure programmes
- Supervise all shift activities to meet production targets
- Follow up on inspection reports and take corrective action
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma in Textile Engineering (specialising in Textile Technology) or equivalent technical training
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in circular knitting operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to supervise and develop technical teams
- Solid understanding of fabric analysis and machine programming
