The Textile Operations Director will manage the whole Vietnam site for:
- Weaving polyester and nylon fabrics
- Circular knitting of polyester fabrics (single jersey, double interlock and rib)
- Dyeing and finishing
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the whole plant, your responsibilities will include:
- Improvements in quality and efficiencies
- On-time delivery
- New product development
- Marketing
- Policy
- Maintenance
The Textile Operations Director role requires hands-on technical experience managing a textile plant, a strong manager who can motivate and develop the team and have the diplomacy to deal with customers as well as a multicultural workforce.
The company is part of a large multi-national apparel, textile and footwear manufacturing group supplying the sports and adventurewear market.
