The Senior Apparel Product Developer coordinates with the client and the factory, adding value and ensuring that the development process stays on track:
- Manage the relationship with major customers
- Advise on technical and manufacturing methods to best achieve the desired product in bulk production
- Introduce new styles and trial fabrics and finishes
- Coordinate sampling and development timelines through to bulk delivery
- Take the lead in costing and pricing
- Ensure tech packs are accurate
- Check samples for technical fit and design and resolve any issues
- Provide customer feedback on progress
As an experienced Apparel Product Developer you will be used to handling volume business and be able to juggle multiple tasks. You will be used to working within tight timeframes to achieve the best outcome for both the client and company. A positive attitude is important!
