Duties
- Define the operational requirements including water capacity, dyestuffs, chemicals and structure
- Plan capacity, chemical storage and water treatment
- Select relevant machinery and design the plant layout
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive technical experience in leather finishing, probably gained in a tannery
- Understand the design and development process for leather dyeing and finishing, with the ability to control the quality of samples and bulk production.
- Senior management experience
