设施经理 Facility Manager, China

这家国际服装公司正计划升级和扩大其在宁波的制造基地，需要一位经验丰富的设施经理.
This international clothing company is planning to upgrade and expand its manufacturing base in Ningbo and needs an experienced Facility Manager.

主要职责/Main responsibilities:

• 建筑施工、翻新和维护 Building construction. Renovation & Maintenance
• 负责工程项目的管理，包括洽谈、评估、采购、工程施工等，组织对外包工程质量验收  Construction project management, including negotiation, evaluation, purchasing and implementation, lead the project validation program.
• 公司办公和生产的硬件设施设备的维护和保养工作  Maintenance of office hardware，facilities and equipment
• 组织编制各类公用设备、设施的保养、检修计划和技术操作及检查标准，组织实施并监督执行  Organise the maintenance and overhaul plans and technical operation and inspection standards for public equipment and facilities, organise and supervise the implementation
• 确保公司设备设施符合各类验厂和审核的标准，并配合相关的准备工作  Ensure that the company’s equipment and facilities meet inspection and audit standards
• 负责公司能源管理等  Energy management
• 管理维修和电工团队  Manage maintenance and electrician teams

要求/Requirements：

• 大专以上毕业，土木、电气等相关工程专业毕业优先 / Degree in civil or electrical engineering
• 8年以上相关经验，熟悉制造工程项目管理  Related experience in engineering project management for a manufacturing company
• 能熟练使用工程制图软件CAD优先考虑  Skilled in using engineering drawing software
• 熟悉使用办公室电脑软件 MS Office, Outlook
• 有良好的团队精神和管理能力  Good team spirit and management ability
