About the Role
You will be the go-to person for product issues and lead the accessory merchandising teams in bulk merchandising and product development for the company’s key accounts.
Duties
- Lead multiple teams of merchandisers across several locations
- Manage sample room deliverables and guide sample quality
- Control order, production loading and output
- Supervise material management
Skills and Experience
- Rich experience in handbag/backpack manufacturing (Leather knowledge is essential)
- Solid experience in leading multicultural teams in a factory environment
- Strong at communicating product requirements
- Able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English
