The company manages the entire manufacturing process from fabric development to store merchandising. Global apparel manufacturing facilities have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of product categories from active, athleisure wear to casual wear and medical scrubs.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the China office, including Design, Development, Quality Assurance, Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Set a clear direction and provide key action plans
- Develop company values and benchmark best practice
- Develop and optimize financial plans
- Bring in industry best practices to enhance quality and deliver a superior product
- Manage relationships with all partners and vendors
Experience & Qualifications
- Substantial management experience in the Apparel or Textile Manufacturing sector
- A results-driven leader who can show results in delivering consistent performance and growth across all areas of business
- Experience working with major US retailers
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Understanding of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Ability to present the company and its products comfortably and energetically
- High-level understanding of all business functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in pressure situations
- The passion and energy to drive the business for the short, mid, and long-term objectives.
