As a master of change management and continuous improvement, you will:
- Set up and maintain standard operating procedures
- Continually optimize the utilisation of workplace, employees, materials and equipment to strengthen efficiency and quality
- Coordinate and solve issues related to cutting
- Oversee the safety and maintenance of machinery and equipment
You will be a highly driven cutting room manager with:
- Extensive cutting experience at management level in a large garment factory
- A cost focus
- Experience with technical stretch fabrics
- Knowledge of the latest cutting equipment and best practice
- Strong change leadership and strong interpersonal skills
- Good team building, communication and coordination ability
- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English
