The company has been growing well since they started ten years ago and recently moved into a bigger home.
Your role will be to set up the tufting machines and organise the workload to ensure that the operation runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role, so you must be prepared to step in and help when things get busy.
- Setting up the tufting machines and backing line
- Planning the work-flow
- Compiling the production sheets
- Delegating the workload
You will need some relevant experience and will probably come from a carpet manufacturing environment.
