The company is expanding and looking for a General Manager to oversee quality at one of its manufacturing units in Chittagong. You will:
- Develop long term strategies in quality
- Be the gatekeeper on all internal and external communications regarding Quality
- Keep abreast of all relevant customer requirements and industry trends
- Continuously improve the Quality structures to deliver the best outcomes
- Perform regular reviews and update internal Quality related guidelines and requirements
- Devise and conduct Quality related training
- Develop a strong self-managed local quality team
You will be a change-agent with strong leadership skills coupled with patience, persistence and a hands-on approach. You will also have:
- Experience in an outerwear manufacturing (ski wear, down jackets, 3-in-1 system jackets, waterproof jackets…)
- Strong technical and quality application skills
- A positive, continuous improvement attitude
- Good supervisory and management skills
