As Design Manager, you will lead the direction of the range across Women’s, Men’s and Childrenswear for a fast-paced retailer with a loyal customer base. You will be joining a team that loves what they do, and it is these people who make the company successful.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the whole Design process from seasonal concepts through to range development for the retail and online ranges
- Work with clients on capsule collections to meet their corporatewear requirements
- Manage the workflow and critical path in the design room
About You
- Inspirational leader passionate about leading a team of designers
- A love of the country
- Experience in leading a design team
- A strong Women’s and Childrenswear portfolio (Menswear also favourable)
- Superior technical design and construction skills
