As the Weaving General Manager, you will lead and manage the weaving operations in a new 40,000 m2 factory, establishing the plant as a modern, customer-focused manufacturing facility.

The company is a leading manufacturer of performance and outdoor apparel, footwear, and accessories. To further enhance capabilities and to encourage and support vertical manufacturing, a new weaving operation has been built in Chittagong, complete with water jet looms, warpers and beaming machines.
The Weaving General Manager will initially be responsible for the fabric start-up and trials as well as mentoring and developing a strong local team. Once the production is up and running, the challenge will be to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the whole weaving operation.
You will ideally already be based in Bangladesh, and have general management experience of a similar weaving operation. You will be a strong change agent with patience and persistence and a hands-on leadership style.
