The Director of Manufacturing Excellence is a new role created to lead the modernisation effort across the entire textile and apparel group. Your initial role will be to establish and appropriately staff the Modernisation Centre with the clear objective of further developing manufacturing excellence within the group and increasing production capacity without the addition of extra people.

The company manages the entire manufacturing process from fabric development to store merchandising. Global apparel manufacturing facilities have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of product categories from active, athleisure and casualwear to medical scrubs.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Relevant degree in Industrial or Textile Engineering
- Considerable experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry with several years in a Senior Management position managing one or several factories.
- A clear understanding of Garment Technology and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing process, Manufacturing Automation, and the Automation Ecosystem existing across Asia.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM will be an advantage.
