The company is a leading global manufacturer of outdoor and athletic clothing, textiles, footwear, and gear built with a history of innovation, partnership and trust.
This particular factory is about 4 years old and currently has a workforce of 2,500, but you should be able to increase that to 5,000 within the next 5 years. The backpack production is more than 85% of total production, but the plan is to slowly increase garment production too.
This is a challenging role that will need all your experience as a factory manager with a bag and apparel manufacturer to succeed, but we can’t grow without you!
