The company is one of Bangladesh’s leading knitwear manufacturers. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced head of quality to upgrade and oversee the quality management system at their new, green, hi-tech knitting plant.
Overseeing a team of over 300 people, the Head of Knitwear Quality will:
- Take responsibility for the overall Quality Management System
- Set the plan for achieving Quality goals and objectives
- Ensure product quality meets Buyer requirements
- Ensure the team of provides quality QA inspection, in-line inspection and day to day development of the Buyers requirements
- Supervise and mentor the quality and production teams
To be successful the Head of Knitwear Quality will need:
- A relevant qualification and, ideally certification in CAP/CAM
- Extensive experience in an advanced knitwear manufacturing environment
