The company is expanding its operations and needs a Head of Quality Assurance for its Chattagram manufacturing site in Bangladesh.
The key roles and responsibilities of the Head of Quality Assurance will include the following:
- Developing long-term strategies in quality, improving the structures and processes to exceed the current AQL 2.5 standard
- Managing all internal and external communications regarding quality
- Keeping up with customer requirements and industry trends and continuously improving the quality structures to deliver the best outcomes
- Designing and conducting quality-related training and developing a strong self-managed local quality team.
The ideal candidate for this role has strong leadership skills in a senior quality management role and is a change agent with patience, persistence, and a hands-on approach. You should possess experience in technical outerwear manufacturing, including ski wear, down jackets, 3-in-1 system jackets, waterproof jackets, and other relevant products.
