HR General Manager

As the HR General Manager, you will develop the HR team and drive the transformation of this traditional apparel manufacturing company to become an objective, performance-based team. You will develop, review and improve the company’s HR strategy, policies, budgets, practices and processes, working with senior management on strategic planning and process development.

This international group currently employs about 2000 people in China to manufacture apparel for the US, European and Australian markets.

The HR General Manager will have full responsibility for:

  • Transforming Company Culture
  • Training & Development
  • Labour Law
  • Recruitment
  • Compensation & Benefits

You will have had experience managing strategic human resources for a large, foreign-owned, multi-site garment manufacturing company.  You should also be able to communicate well in both Mandarin and English.
