Key Responsibilities
Brand DNA & Seasonal Creative Direction

Safeguard and evolve the brand’s core DNA.

Translate brand positioning into seasonal themes, usage scenarios, and directional storytelling.

Define seasonal colour palettes, key trend messages, and creative keywords.

Lead trend research, synthesising global inspirations, fabrics, prints, and techniques.
Design Planning & Development

Build quarterly design plans grounded in consumer insights, market analysis, and brand positioning.

Define core fabrics, key silhouettes, and seasonal design strategies.

Guide the design team in developing cohesive, commercial, on-brand collections.

Oversee fabric, colour, and design adjustments to ensure accuracy and market relevance.
Cross-Functional Creative Alignment

Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that the creative direction aligns with the sales strategy.

Partner with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and brand storytelling.

Align with retail and visual merchandising teams on seasonal themes, key looks, and in-store concepts.

Lead creative workshops to inspire and unify cross-functional teams.
Sample Development & Product Review

Oversee key sample selection and reference garment procurement.

Participate in fittings and sample reviews, giving guidance on patterns, fabrics, and construction.

Approve colourways, key looks, and final sample refinements.
Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor the design team; foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

Allocate responsibilities for a smooth workflow and timely execution.

Encourage continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
Qualifications & Experience

Background in menswear design, ideally with sports or outdoor elements.

Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

10+ years in fashion design, including 5+ years in a leadership/creative director role.

Strong ability to interpret and build brand DNA.
-
Proven success in seasonal design planning and trend storytelling.

Excellent eye for fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and market trends.

Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
