The Pattern Room Supervisor will mentor and manage a team of pattern makers working on active sport and swimwear for major US, Australian and European customers.

As the company continues to grow and strengthen its technical department, your role will be to improve the work quality and efficiency of the whole pattern making team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the creation of first patterns and graded size sets
- Assign and assess work, giving technical guidance
- Skill training to improve the skills of pattern makers
- Ensure the technical data is accurate before bulk production
- Ensure pattern making doesn’t hold up the sample production schedule.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a pattern maker
- Experience with a foreign-owned garment manufacturer
- Familiar with Gerber
- Must speak Mandarin
