As Quality Assurance Manager, your role will be to manage all quality-related matters from fabric receipt to shipment for one of the company’s Chittagong garment operations,

The company manufactures high-quality ski wear, down jackets, 3-in-1 system jackets and waterproof jackets for the major international brands and retailers. There are approximately 40 sewing lines with supporting Cutting, Down, Embellishment, Printing, Packing and Quilting departments.
- Manage the day to day quality issues in the factory
- Keep abreast of all relevant customer requirements and industry trends
- Continuously improve the Quality structures
- Compile and conduct Quality related training within the operating units
- Develop a strong, self-managed local team
You will probably be a Bangladesh national with:
- Relevant technical and Quality knowledge, ideally gained with a technical jacket manufacturing company
- Strong technical and quality application skills
- Understanding of material and garment testing requirements
- Good spoken and written English
