As well as leading a team in continuous improvement, you will:
- Engineer construction to customer specifications
- Program the machines prior to mass production
- Managing the sampling process and approve technical packs
- Oversee testing
- Plan and balance production to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Deal with client queries
- Develop the local management team
You will need experience in developing seamless products and programming machines within a knitwear manufacturing environment and ideally should have gained experience with seamless knitting (Santoni) for sportswear.
