The Sweater Factory Manager oversees Production, QA and Knitting teams manufacturing high-quality fully fashioned knitwear aimed at the better end of the active and outdoor apparel market. These are very technical products, often constructed from water-resistant yarns.

The key role is to monitor the production status, improve productivity and give technical advice to improve quality:
- Work with the development team to ensure that new designs can be made within cost using available skills and machines
- Plan and balance production to ensure on-time delivery
- Enhance processes to improve quality and improve cost control
You will need at least 15 years’ relevant experience in a knitting factory with strong knowledge of sweaters and linking
