As the company continues to grow and strengthen its technical department, your role will be to ensure overall product quality, fit and performance will exceed customer expectations.
- Provide technical guidance during product development and production stages
- Work with the Innovation and Design teams on new collections
- Lead specialized teams in developing innovative production methods such as laser, ultrasonic, adhesive and bonding technology
- Ensure alignment from product design to mass production
You will need extensive management experience at all stages of garment manufacturing, quality, design, and technical development with practical knowledge of lean manufacturing and costing
Must have good spoken and written English and Chinese
