The Role
As a Senior Womenswear Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of the design process, bringing fresh ideas to life and transforming them into commercial success. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft original and cohesive collections, source fabrics, develop prints, and create innovative garment designs. Your eye for detail and design excellence will be crucial in meeting the customer’s fashion needs.
Key Requirements:
- An ability to blend the best of classic fashion with innovative design concepts.
- Formal qualifications in fashion design and garment construction.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Exceptional eye for design, pattern understanding, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
