The Vice President Footwear will lead, develop and grow the Export Shoe Business of this major international apparel, footwear and textile manufacturing company based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The size of the Shoe Business is currently about USD 100 million, but there is the capacity to double this.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a high-functioning and cohesive management team
- Build and manage relationships with major international brands and retailers
- Keep abreast of relevant customer requirements and industry trends
- Develop a strong and sustainable structure and standard operating procedures
- Develop long-term strategies for profitable growth
- Develop an annual business plan and perform regular reviews of the business
Requirements:
- A mature professional with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the shoe manufacturing sector
- Strong business acumen
- Rich, relevant technical knowledge of Sports, Casual and Safety Footwear
- Strong Product Development and Marketing skills
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A change agent with a positive continuous improvement attitude
- A team player with good people management skills
